Yesterday, I talked about some interesting and useful ways you can use toilet paper tubes! If that was not enough reason to save all your tubes, maybe today’s post will change your mind!
Wall Decor
I’ve seen some pretty cool wall decor on Pinterest using toilet paper tubes and I’m currently collecting the tubes to make something for my living room wall. I haven’t decided yet what I’m going for….maybe you can help me decide?
Many of these Wall Decor pieces, use toilet paper rolls that have been folded or “smashed” (yes, that’s the technical term) in half, then cut into 1/2″ to 1 1/2″ strips, like this:
Toilet Paper Tube Art
Spray paint them white and arrange them on a canvas….or maybe even a foam board for a cheaper version? (Source)
Family Tree
Both the leaves and the branches are made from painted toilet paper tubes! (Source)
Wreath
This seems the perfect craft, as we are approaching the Christmas season! (Source)
Splash of Color!
I just love the look of this and the pop or turquoise on the wall!! It goes great with the mirror!! (Source)
Now, which of these should I do? Whatever I do, I’ll probably modify it some to fit in with what else I’m putting on the wall. What are you favorites?

I love these ideas! My favorite one is the ‘family tree.’ I have never thought of using toilet paper rolls to decorate with. I am going to have to start saving my rolls now! You have a great site here, thanks for sharing.

For the branches you could either paint it on the wall, or use decals.
