Nothing much has changed in my breakfast and lunch options. For breakfast we have cold cereal, homemade Egg McMuffin with Homemade Bagels, or fruit smoothies. For lunch we have leftovers on most days.
Monday: Mini Meatball Sliders with Pesto (didn’t get to this last week)
Tuesday: Crockpot Sante Fe Chicken
Wednesday: Tacos (using freezer homemade Taco meat)
Thursday: Hamburgers & Grilled Corn
Friday: homemade pizza – cream cheese sauce with pepperoni, green peppers, and tomatoes
Saturday: volunteering at a BBQ!
