I’m definitely making this an annual tradition.
I was looking for an excuse to get all the young ladies from our church together, so we could get to know one another better when I came across Domestic Fashionista’s Valentine’s Day Tea party idea! You should check out her post and ooh and aah at her decorations!!
I took her idea and made the best with what I had (and with the little energy I had this week). I already showed you my Valentine Tree and Wall clock, which I LOVE!

I finally got most of my Valentine’s Day decor up. Between my husband being sick, then I’m starting to feel like I’m fighting something, I haven’t had too much extra energy. So it went up little by little.
Since this is the first time I’ve really decorated for Valentine’s Day, I didn’t have any supplies on hand. For my wreath, I kept it simple – I wanted to focus on the inside of the house. It was a $2 find at Walmart – perfect!
My favorite part is the Valentine Tree!! Love the huge lace hearts I found at the Dollar Tree!! So easy and makes such an impact!! Isn’t it just perfect?
