I’m so excited to show you this Wine Bottle Tree! While on our 1 year anniversary visiting vineyards, we came across this wine bottle tree:
and figured we NEEDED it!
I looked at all the wine bottles we had on hand – some blue, some green, some clear…
Then I took off the labels. First, I filled a bottle with very HOT water, and let it sit for a few minutes. Next, I carefully peeled off the label, most of the time just using my fingernails, but I kept an exacto knife handy. This only works on labels that are stickers, NOT labels that are glued on – I stayed away from those! I found that some bottles were a lot easier than others.
Fun part! Piecing together the tree!!
No, I'm not pregnant - that's just weight I've gained my first year of marriage. 
Then, adding white Christmas lights inside the bottles!
Here’s how it looks!!

I love the colors and light it adds to the outside! I’m hosting a Wine Tasting Party this weekend, so this is done just in time!

How cool is that?! This reminds me of a light up tree and all the lights were flowers!

I remember my grandmother doing this when I was young. And I always loved the look when the sun it them. Now with the lights, its even better. Great job.
