Welcome back to 31 Days to Building a Cleaning Routine!
Day 26: Homemade Disinfectant Wipes
These are easy to make!! This is a great way to have the luxury of wipes, but without all the harmful chemicals store-bought wipes contain. Super easy (did I mention that?).
All you need is:
- Paper towels
- Vinegar
- Air tight container
I’ve also heard very good things about this recipe from Living on a Dime:
Homemade Disinfectant Wipes:
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol
- 2 Tbsp. Dawn dish soap (only use Dawn)
- 2 Tbsp. ammonia (optional)
She says that the rubbing alcohol shines surfaces and the Dawn cuts grease.
I love the instructions given on Blissfully Ever After:
If you just use an empty Clorox container, then that’s the perfect size to fit a paper towel roll in it:
