Well, after my 31 Day series in October, it’s time to get back to the routine of posting my menu plans here on Romance on a dime. (I did still menu plan during October MOST of the weeks, I just didn’t take the time to post it here.)
I’m not going grocery shopping until tomorrow, so some of the details such as sides and what type of pizza I haven’t determined yet. I’m going to be picking up what’s on sale and making something from that.
This week, I chose several recipes from Cooking Light.

Crispy Pork Medallions from Cooking LIght
Menu Plan
Monday: leftovers
Tuesday: Crockpot Chili (with some Sweet Potatoes added to it, as in this chili recipe) & cornbread
Wednesday: Crispy Pork Medallions & Garlic Fries
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: Japanese Chicken Rice Bowl
Saturday: homemade pizza (what type, still to be determined but if you want some inspiration, here are some of what we have done in the past)
Sunday: Mexican Chicken Lime Soup
One thing we had last week, which both my husband and I LOVED was the Avocado-Bacon Breakfast Wrap. Since Avocados are on sale again at Aldi this is a great frugal breakfast!! (Plus I picked up eggs pretty cheap at Hy-Vee last weekend.)
Don’t forget to check out my recipes tab for more meal ideas! You can also check out my other Menu Planning Monday posts or Organizing Junkie’s Menu Plan Monday Blog Hop!
See you tomorrow for the Take it on Tuesday blog hop!

Stopping by from Menu Plan Monday. I’m not a huge avocado fan although guacamole isn’t too bad
but those wraps look really good!
