Thanks Betsy! I am going to have to check out the recipe for those mini deep dish pizzas. They look yummy! And I am hooked lately on green thickies too. In fact I am getting ready to make a peanut butter banana one for lunch! The oatmeal makes all the difference.

I agree – I am loving the Green Thickies, so is my husband. He keeps asking for them.
The mini deep dish pizzas were really good. They are definitely a do-over. We just need to make the crusts thinner next time.
